As a working barista and cafe owner, I teach what actually matters: espresso science, milk technique, timing, consistency, and the service instincts that separate good baristas from great ones.
I hold the India Record in Barista Time Trial conducted by Espresso Academy Firenze, Italy an authorized school under the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA). I am a certified Italian Barista under Espresso Academy Firenze and certified as an Expert in Coffee by Kaapi Machines India, where I have also served as a trainer through their associates in Aizawl, Mizoram. I also hold an International Barista Diploma recognized by the Italian Barista Method. I founded Barista School Aizawl to bring that same standard of training home.
Every session is one-on-one, structured around each student's level and goals. Training covers espresso science, milk texture, latte art, workflow discipline, and cafe readiness so students are prepared to perform from day one.
